In the early days of backup loaders you needed to patch ISOs but that’s been outdated for a while and thankfully 1:1 ISOs are ok
. Use NeoGamma’s R6 (because it is stable) found here:

You don’t need to patch, now adays, it doesn’t even matter if its from your reigon! Welcome to the world of homebrew. BTW You can even put the iso onto a usb hardrive and run it from there, it will run faster! IF you want to learn about doing stuff like this theres a great guide at
